Sober Living in a Pandemic

Three years ago, after being diagnosed with a liver disease, I stopped drinking alcohol. It hasn’t been easy to live without booze, especially these last three months when it seems we’ve triggered the apocalypse. Many a night I fantasize about an ice cold shot of cheap tequila thrown down the back of my parched throat. But I’ve also developed some coping mechanisms and yesterday, I shared some of them with my friend Alicia Schmitt. Alicia is a talented boudoir photographer, an advocate for body positivity, an eye shadow guru, and a published poet. She asks insightful questions and shares openly about her relationship with alcohol. Plus she’s witty and pretty. I think the world of her.

You can watch our interview below:

And don’t forget to follow Alicia on Instagram for a daily dose of beautiful bodies.
